What we do…

Our first step is to schedule an assessment interview with the business where we define the vision, the issues and the objectives of the business. After a thorough examination of relevant materials, we work with you to create a comprehensive plan to achieve the goals of the business. We provide on-going guidance in the form of weekly communication and either monthly or quarterly board meetings where we are able to chart and guide the progress on the growth plan.

What it Costs…

Our initial fee for the Needs Assessment, Findings and Recommendations is $2750.

Three hours a week of access to each of us for guidance and support for the implementation: $300 a week*.

Monthly Board meetings or Quarterly Board meetings billed at $600 for a two hour *meeting.

Board meeting only with no weekly support is billed at $900 for a two hour** board meeting.
